CHILD DESIGNERS FROM THE FASHION DESIGN SCHOOL AT IFC ACADEMY PRESENTED THEIR ORIGINAL COLLECTIONS AT THE GRADUATION FASHION SHOW

Talent, creativity, and inspiration filled the runway during the graduation fashion show of students from the National Educational Complex for Culture with Italian Language Studies (NCC) and the “Stremezh” Private School, who are enrolled in the Fashion Design School at the International Fashion Connection Academy.

The event brought together parents, teachers, representatives of educational institutions, and guests, who witnessed the impressive results of the young designers’ year-long training. For the second year in a row, the academy’s students presented their original designs, and some of them even showcased entire mini-collections, demonstrating significant growth in their creative and professional skills.

A particularly exciting moment was the first joint participation of students from the National School of Creative Arts and the “Stremezh” Private School, united by their love of fashion, art, and the desire to create beauty. This partnership reaffirmed the International Fashion Connection Academy’s mission to build an environment where talented children can develop their potential through creativity, knowledge, and hands-on experience.

Guests at the event were welcomed by Mila Zaharieva, president of the International Fashion Connection Group, who emphasized the importance of early detection and encouragement of children’s talents and the role of education in shaping future creators and leaders.

“Talent should be identified from an early age. When children receive support, knowledge, and the opportunity to express themselves, boundaries disappear and creative expression becomes limitless. I am proud of each and every one of our students, and I believe this is just the beginning of their creative journey. Our mission is to continue creating an environment where talent is encouraged, developed, and given the opportunity to shine; and when what they’ve learned supports their future in real life, then we, the IFC Academy team, will be fulfilled in our mission as we achieve our goal,” said Ms. Mila Zaharieva.

The young designers are trained under the guidance of Monika Kosseva—a young designer with an international reputation and the founder of the fashion brand Mikka Kosseva Couture. Throughout the school year, she shares her knowledge, practical experience, and passion for fashion with the students, inspiring them to develop their creative potential and turn their ideas into real fashion projects.

Special thanks were extended to the administrations of the National Center for Creative Arts (NUKK) and the private school “Stremezh” for their trust and support, as well as to the parents and teachers who encouraged and motivated the children throughout the year on their path to creative development.

The highlight of the fashion show was the original designs by students from the “Stremezh,” created in the iconic A-line silhouette, as well as the mini-collections by students from NUKK, who presented several looks developed and produced entirely by themselves. Each collection bears the individual signature of its creator and demonstrates boldness, imagination, and a flair for contemporary design.

The event also served as a fitting conclusion to yet another successful academic year for the School of Fashion Design at the International Fashion Connection Academy, which continues to create opportunities for young talents to develop and to nurture the next generation of Bulgarian designers.

The fashion show concluded with individual presentations by all the young designers and thunderous applause from the audience—a well-deserved tribute to their hard work, perseverance, and talent.

As part of the graduation show, students from the “Stremezh” Private School presented special musical performances under the direction of the school’s principal, Maya Vasileva. With their talent and stage presence, they turned the event into a true celebration of art and young talent.

Special thanks to Dvisio Academy, led by Diana Galabova, who took care of the stunning stage looks for our designers and mini-models.

We would like to thank Singer Bulgaria and BTC Textile Group for their partnership and for providing the supplies and fabrics our young fashion designers use!
